STATEMENT OF BELIEF

* The Bible is the only inspired, infallible, authoritative word of God; and as such is indispensable in teaching and as a guide for living.
* There is one God, eternally existent in the persons of the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.
* The creation of the universe, world and man was a direct act of God.
* The deity of the Lord Jesus Christ, His virgin birth, His sinless Life, His miracles, His vicarious and atoning death through His shed blood on the cross, His bodily resurrection, His ascension to the right hand of the Father, and His personal return in power and great glory are undeniable truths.
* That for the salvation of lost and sinful man, regeneration by the Holy Spirit is essential.
* The resurrection of both the saved and the lost; the saved unto the resurrection of life and the lost unto the resurrection of damnation.
* That the church is the body of Christ consisting of everyone who has been born again of the Spirit of God and is expressed in  both the universal church and the local church.
* The Holy Spirit is active today in the world and church to convict of sin, to manifest Jesus to hungry hearts, to guide believers into all truth, and to bestow spiritual gifts upon believers for the edification of the church.
* In the words of the Lausanne covenant we affirm that evangelism is a priority of the Church, and that evangelism itself is the proclamation of the historical, biblical Christ as savior and Lord, with a view to persuading people to come to Him personally and to be reconciled to God. In issuing the Gospel invitation we have no liberty to conceal the cost of discipleship. Jesus still calls all who follow Him to deny themselves, take up their cross, and identify themselves with His community. The results of evangelism include obedience to Christ, incorporation into His church and responsible service in the world”.
